The Holiday season in Boise is beautiful. Between the decorations downtown and the snow-covered foothills, it’s beginning to look a little bit like a Hallmark movie. There are so many holiday events to check out around the valley and there is something for everyone (even those Grinches in your life).
If you like LIGHTS:
If light gardens are your thing then you are in for a treat! There are 10+ light events that happen here. These include the classic Scentsy Commons Christmas lights, The Village at Meridian’s new light show, and many decorated trees including downtown Boise and Boise State University. Ollie took his family to the Botanical Garden Winter Garden Aglow and said his two daughters loved the trains and taking a break in the heated tent catered with hot chocolate and cookies. If you like WINTER SPORTS:
If you love snow, then head on up to Bogus Basin! There is tubing, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. Spend the day up in the fresh, mountain air.
