And, as a growing company, the time that each of these steps takes is valuable and costly. As a result, all too often those in charge of hiring aren’t taking the time to effectively hire for their open positions. Not only that, but given the numerous other tasks they manage, the interview process is often too short. Thus, such companies are often hiring personnel that aren’t the best fit for their organizations. They then experience high levels of turnover and/or low levels of employee productivity and ROI. It’s a vicious, monotonous, inefficient process and Route Networking Group wants to put an end to it!
