- Have you posted to the right job boards?
- Did you ‘sponsor’ the post for the right amount?
- Are the key words you’ve used reliable and effective?
- Do you have a reliable ATS system?
- Are you screening each resume that comes through?
- Are you even getting any resumes worth screening?
