Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join the team! This position is a full-time Real Estate Analyst role with its office location in Eagle, ID, while serving Ada County and the surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct product, pricing, lot premium, and land acquisition analysis.
- Complete regular tracking and analysis on all homes from contract to close.
- Regularly prepare reports for management and ownership.
- Assist ownership in Spec Home division planning.
- Attend municipality hearings.
- Analyze real estate data, assess market trends, and make recommendations for real estate investments.
- Perform any other tasks assigned in relation to the Land Development/Acquisition Department.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business negotiations, land acquisition, or consulting within the residential real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy, drive, and goal orientation.
