Welcome our newest team member, Ollie!
Ollie will serve as our Candidate Liaison + Recruiting Consultant, where he will primarily oversee and manage our candidate pipeline, as well as work on many of the “to do’s” RNG is working on (website design, content creation, data analysis, market research, networking, the list goes on…).
Ollie was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, and he previously worked as a Geologist for XTO Energy in Fort Worth, Texas. He got his B.S. in Business from Miami of Ohio, and his M.S. in Geosciences from Colorado State University. Ollie married a Boisean, and as their family grew they decided to boomerang back to Idaho to be closer to family and the outdoors.
When he is not meeting candidates at local coffee shops, you can find him hiking the foothills with his family, at the park with his cattle dog Bernie, or playing guitar on his back porch.
