Route Networking Group was conceived out of a genuine need for high quality recruiting services in the Boise, Idaho area. In 2014, our founder, Jessica Cafferty, was looking to return to Boise (her hometown) after several years away. After applying for a month or two from her then home, Dallas, TX the “job search blues” were settling in. Her resume seemed to get lost in piles and she had a hard time standing out in the inevitable sea of applications. Having worked with agencies before (both as a candidate and client), she tried turning to existing recruiting agencies in Boise but found herself underwhelmed.

So, Jessica decided to take matters into her own hands; she was determined to build a recruiting agency that prioritized an exceptional client experience as well as phenomenal candidate advocacy. Thus, Route Networking Group was born.

We’re based in Boise, Idaho and have a passion for seeing companies here, (and all over the Inland Northwest) grow. As one of the fastest growing cities in the country, Boise has clearly evolved from being the sleepy, hidden, outdoor-friendly town it once was to become a well-hyped, energized tech-hub (with some strong manufacturing to boot!). At RNG, we’re well acquainted with helping both companies and candidates get to know our city and we love showing people why Boise makes such a great home.
